I have a special something for weekends (who doesn’t?), but Sundays are my all-time favorites. I don’t do emails on Sunday, maybe this is why I love it so much. (Truly, a no-email-day seems to me a much more important step towards better living that a no-meat-day or no-carbs-day.) And it turns out, no time lost in emails equals more time for everything else, cooking included. However, online browsing is still on the to-do list for Sundays, how else would one find inspiration for new recipes. The one I am suggesting you today is a blend of a couple of different suggestions online, with a spicy twist as an added bonus.
