This recipe is a hidden ace up the sleeve. Less then 5 minutes of preparation, and less than 0 calories. (What, ‘healthy’ doesn’t mean 0 calories, you say?) A real savior when there is nothing on the menu, and a bunch of hungry people on the couch in the living room. As on a typical Friday evening.
Happy Friday! xx
Shrimp avocado cradles (serves 2)
1 avocado
2 Tbps shrimps (ready to consume)
1 Tbps mayonnaise (preferably low-fat)
lemon juice
black pepper
Directions:
Mix the shrimps, the mayo, the lemon juice and the pepper in a bow. Cut the avocado in halves and remove the pit. Fill in the avocado cradles with the mixture, and enjoy!
Bon appetit!

I only found out I like avocados really recently so now I could really imagine trying this 🙂
xx
I am sure you would love it =)
Don’t think I will enjoy this since I’m not a fan of avocado or heavy sauce but this loooooks so lovely for the dinner table! Is chic food a thing? Haha, because it definitely looks like it could be on the table of a posh restaurant. And it definitely looks healthy. I wish I liked avocado. If I ever get into it, I will have to try this dish.
Thanks for visiting my blog by the way.

Chic food, I like that =) Thanks for the compliment! I am sure you can take the idea and just use something else than avocado with the same result. Tell me how it went if you give it a try.
